Cancellations

Orders normally take 5 - 7 to despatch, if after you order you change your mind, please inform us within 48 hours of placing the order and we will refund payment and cancel your order with no questions asked.

Returns

At Celtic Jewell we want you to be completely happy with your purchase if this is not the case please return to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund your purchase minus the postage.

Delivery

Orders will normally be despatched within a maximum of 7 days,  we will inform you directly of expected despatch date for your purchases.  Once posted  UK mainland parcels take 1 to 3 days.

If ordering from abroad, your parcel will take approximately  6 to 12 days depending on your location.
